  Our hospitable Lodge has a Wild West flair that includes a vintage nineteenth century Soda Fountain. With our spacious deck providing additional outdoor seating, we can accommodate most Events. The MMR’s Reception Menu is available for your dinning pleasure or you may choose to serve your guests. Please consider including our Cabins and Rooms for total privacy and convenience.

PRICES

Prices include scheduled times over THREE DAYS for a "stress free" Occasion

Reception        125 Guests            $  1,000. 00

               126 – 200 Guests            $  1,250. 00

                    Price includes:   Up to Eight (8) hours for your Reception ~ Lodge closes at 12:00 midnight. Five (5) additional hours for decorating; including cake, bar and floral setup.  On the third day, additional time for packing your wedding gifts and decorations.

 Wedding with Reception         $ 250. 00     includes ( 4 ) hours for Rehearsal and Wedding

 Food Service Fee                   $ 100.00      applicable to any personal foodstuffs          

                      Price includes:  Refrigeration and Ovens for the storage of COLD and WARM foods, 

                                                      kitchen counters, general maintenance, garbage collection and removal.

 One Day Event

For your Luncheon, Board meeting, Family Reunion,

Birthday, Retirement, Anniversary or Holiday Party

$ 250.00                     Lodge closes at 12:00 midnight

Tableware Rental Rates

Additional Hours needed for your Event        $ 50.00   per hour  

Serving/Waiter assistance                               $ 25.00   ea/per hour

Lodge Rental includes: Seating for 70 indoors and 50 on the deck. Refrigeration and Ovens for the storage of COLD and WARM foods. Table, Chairs, Keg Coolers are available on a limited basis and are included in the rental fee.  Additional outdoor seating is the Renters responsibility.
